Whether it’s motions, funding or student council money: this is the page where you can find all the forms relating to the work of the student body. Most of them can be easily filled out on the computer and only require an analogue signature. If you have any questions about any of the forms, please contact buero.asta@uni-rostock.de or the responsible representatives. They will be happy to help you!

If you are looking for minutes of the AStA and StuRa: as some of the minutes are only intended for students of the University of Rostock, they can unfortunately not be made available on this page. You can find them here.
To apply for funding from the student body, this form must be completed and submitted to the office. In addition to the form, a brief written description of the project and a cost breakdown for the entire project must be submitted. Applications for amounts up to €1,500 will be processed by the AStA. To this end, the application must be received three working days before the AStA meeting (currently by Friday at 12 noon). Applications for amounts over €1,500 or for funding outside Germany must be processed by the StuRa. The complete application must be submitted 7 days before the StuRa meeting. At the meeting, a representative must present the application and be available to answer any questions. The application will then be decided on the spot.

Guidance on funding applicationsThe AStA Finance Department manages the funds of the student councils. To make transfers from the student council accounts, this form must be completed and sent to the Finance Department.
