Medienrat
The Student Media Council is the publisher of the University of Rostock’s student magazine, the heuler. The members are representatives from the StuRa, FSRK and the heuler, as well as the AStA chairperson. The Media Council promotes the further development of content and ideas, safeguards the freedom of the press and determines the basic direction of the student magazine in consultation with the Editor-in-Chief.
